摘  要:为了提高采煤机支撑装置的寿命,设计了高适应性支撑装置。在支撑装置中增加了偏心套,通过调整偏心套的方向来调整支撑装置的高度,延长了支撑装置的寿命,改善了行走系统的寿命。该支撑装置结构简单、操作方便,降低了使用成本,提高了整机的可靠性。经过煤矿工业性试验,该支撑装置取得了良好使用效果,有利于采煤装备的技术进步。In order to increase the service life of the shearer support device,a support device with high adaptability was designed.An eccentric sleeve was added to the support device,and the height of the support device can be adjusted by adjusting the direction of the eccentric sleeve,which prolongs the life of the support device and improves the life of the walking system.The support device has simple structure and convenient operation,reduces the use cost and improves the reliability of the whole machine.After coal mine industrial tests,the support device has achieved good results,which is conducive to the technological progress of coal mining equipment.
