摘　　要：介绍了薄煤层采煤机牵引部的设计,着重介绍了牵引部配套参数的确定、结构的选择、传动机构的确定、传动比的分配、行星机构的设计、齿轮材料的选择与热处理及齿轮修形。可为采煤机设计提供参考。Introduced the design of traction unit of thin coal seam shearer,focused on the determination of traction unit matching parameters,structure selection,determination of transmission mechanism,distribution of transmission ratio,design of planetary mechanism,gear material selection and heat treatment,and gear modification.It can provide reference for shearer design.
