摘 要:浮选是矿物分选中的重要方法,浮选机作为浮选过程中的核心装备,工作参数与浮选槽内流场变化对于浮选效果影响显著。通过窄粒级煤浮选试验研究不同叶轮转速下各粒级精煤产率、回收率与灰分的变化,结合浮选机内流场模拟,得到叶轮转速在1 200~1 350 r/min时,精煤产率与回收率提升效果最佳,而且粒度越粗,产率与回收率受叶轮转速的影响越明显。结合浮选流场模拟结果,发现湍流强度增大,流场形态趋近于漩涡时,+74μm粒级煤样浮选效果较好,-74μm粒级精煤灰分降低的较多。Flotation is an important method of mineral sorting,the flotation machine as the core equipment in the flotation process,the changes of working parameters and flow field in the flotation cell has a significant impact on the flotation effect.Through the flotation test of narrow-grain coal,the changes in the yield,recovery and ash content of each grade of clean coal at different impeller speeds were studied,combined with the simulation of the flow field in the flotation machine,obtained that when the impeller speed is 1 200-1 350 r/min,the improvement effect of the yield and recovery rate of concentrated coal is the best,and the coarser the particle size,the more obvious the yield and recovery rate are affected by the impeller speed.Combined with the simulation results of the flotation flow field,it was founded that when the turbulence intensity becomes larger and the shape of the flow field is close to the vortex,the flotation effect of the coal sample of +74 μm particle size is better,and the ash content of the-74 μm particle size coal sample is reduced more.
