综采工作面回撤三角区掩护支架组研发及应用

摘　　要：针对综采工作面回撤三角区支护方式、支护设备,通过对三角区液压支架架型及围岩适应性研究,确定掩护支架组的结构形式。为了满足综采工作面液压支架回撤端头顶板机械化支护及回撤作业工艺要求,对三角区支架组与其他设备空间位置配套合理性、三角区支架组结构参数及结构布置等方面进行研究,设计了回撤三角区掩护支架组,代替传统的井字形木垛和原木点柱联合支护方式。Aiming at the fully mechanized mining face retreat triangle area support mode and support equipment,through the study on triangle area hydraulic support type and surrounding rock adaptability,determined the structure form of shield support group.In order to meet the requirements of mechanized support of the roof of the hydraulic support retreat end of fully mechanized mining face and the retreat operation process,the rationality of the supporting space between the triangular area support group and other equipment,the structural parameters and structural layout of the triangular area support group were studied.The retreat triangular area shield support group was designed,instead of the traditional well shape wooden crib and log point pillar combined support.
