摘  要:随着综采技术的不断发展,综采工作面的智能化水平不断提高,其中最基本的是对液压支架状态的精准感知和精准控制。为实现智能开采的目标,提高液压支架传感器精度和可靠性是关键的基础性工作。很多传感器的问题导致智能化系统不够可靠,降低了矿方和设备厂家对智能化的期望。为了提高液压支架推移千斤顶的可靠性,分析了常见故障的特征及如何根据特征对故障进行诊断。With the continuous development of fully mechanized mining technology,the intelligent level of fully mechanized mining face is constantly improving,among which the most basic is the accurate perception and accurate control of the state of the hydraulic support.In order to achieve the goal of intelligent mining,improving the accuracy and reliability of the sensor of the hydraulic support is the key basic work.A lot of the problems of sensor lead that intelligent systems is not reliable,reduces the coal mines and equipment manufacturers expect of intelligent.In order to improve the reliability of hydraulic support pushing jack,analyzed the characteristics of the common faults and how to diagnose the faults according to the characteristics.
