摘  要:通过对汽车连接器中一款覆盖式插座端子的冲压工艺进行分析,根据其组成部分端子基座和端盖不同材质、不同厚度的特点,分别设计了排样图及两副模具合并为一副的整体模具结构,并进行了模板厚度尺寸的落差设计。介绍了基于模具强度、刚度和精度的基座凹模板一分为二的设计要点,重点阐述了覆盖成型切断工位的镶块结构特点。经生产实践证明:模具布局紧凑、结构合理,冲裁成形的制件质量可靠、生产效率得到极大提高,对类似零件的级进模设计具有一定的参考价值。Through the analysis of the stamping process of a covered socket terminal in automobile connector, according to the characteristics of different materials and thickness of its component terminal base and end cover, the layout drawing and the overall die structure in which two dies are combined into one are designed respectively, and the drop design of the thickness dimension of the die is carried out. This paper introduces the design points of the base concave divided into parts based on the strength, stiffness and accuracy of the die, and the structural characteristics of insert block covering forming and cutting station are emphatically described. It is proved by practice that the compact die layout has a certain reference value for improving the forming efficiency of similar parts.
