摘　　要：脚轮支架是种树机重要的零部件之一。结合冲压成形工艺,多方案比较,最终采用多工位级进模进行制件的总体工艺方案和模具设计,级进模可以在同一个冲压模具实现冲裁和弯曲等多个不同的加工程序。该冲压工艺设计合理,自动化程度高,对类似的模具设计具有一定的参考价值。Caster support is one of the important parts of tree planting machine.Combined with stamping forming process and multi scheme comparison,this paper finally adopts multi station progressive die to carry out the overall process scheme and die design of parts.The progressive die can realize multiple different processing procedures such as blanking and bending in the same stamping die.The stamping process design is reasonable and the degree of automation is high.It has a certain reference value for similar die design.
