摘　　要：冲压方向的确定是工艺排布中的重要步骤,一般是在Autoform中确定好后导出至NX中,如需调整仍需回到Autoform中,效率相对较低。基于C++对NX进行二次开发,利用Visual Studio编程工具,开发了一款能自动计算工作坐标系相对于绝对坐标系的在不同旋转顺序下旋转角度的程序,同时还在NX中建立交互界面,可以实现对已有冲压坐标系绕指定坐标轴进一步旋转调整,并实时显示调整之后的坐标系相对于绝对坐标系的旋转角度值,提高了用户在NX内处理Tip的效率。The determination of stamping direction is an important step in process layout..Currently,it is determined in Autoform and export to NX.But if we need adjust it,we should adjust in Autoform,the efficiency is low.In this paper,NX is redeveloped based on C++and Visual Studio.Develop the program which can automatically calculate the rotation order and rotation angle of working coordinate system relative to absolute coordinates system.At the same time,the interactive interface is also established in NX,which can adjust working coordinate system in NX,the efficiency of Tip processing is improved.
