摘  要:针对目前国内保险杠外分型结构出现的质量缺陷,设计了分型线内藏结构的保险杠注射模,将分型线置于产品不可视面,极大地改善了保险杠产品的外观质量,并对保险杠模具进行了若干创新设计,设计了多点顺序阀浇注方案,使料流汇合夹角都控制在120°以上,有效消除了塑件外观面的熔接痕,设计了氮气弹簧辅助顶出和机械保险开关定位,有效控制模具在开模过程中顶出与开模的同步误差。最终模具开发获得成功,证明能有效解决了保险杠分型线外露的缺陷,提高了保险杠的外观质量,减少了后期工作量。The automobile bumper injection mold for inner parting stucture is designed,against the defects of domestic automobile bumper for outside parting.The parting line is designed on unvisble face of bumper.Therefore the quality of bumper is improved,and the bumper mold is creative designed:the project of multipoint sequential injection is designed,therefore melt angle is controlled less than 12°and melt line of part is removed effectively,nitrogen spring and mechanical safety switch are designed,therefore synchronization error for mould ejection and mold opening are controlled,mold development is succeeded.Therefore it is proved that defects of outside parting can be solved,the appearance quality of bumper is improved and later workload is reduced.
