摘 要:当前对能够在高温环境中长期稳定工作的永磁体的需求在不断增加。为确保永磁体在高温应用过程中性能的相对稳定性,通常会对高温永磁体进行短时间的高温加热,即预稳定处理,但这必然会导致磁体的初始磁性能出现较大损失。通过基于实验的计算机模拟,研究高温永磁体短时高温加热后的剩磁损失,证明了磁体初始剩磁损失主要是由于磁体的两个磁极层一定厚度范围内的磁畴发生反转导致的,而其本质原因是由于其内部分布不均匀的退磁场。永磁体在预稳定处理过程中,通过吸附铁片模拟实际的磁体应用时磁路环境进行预稳定处理,能够有效降低磁体的初始剩磁损失,使磁体保持较高的磁性能,同时能够确保长期使用过程中性能的稳定性。There is an increasing demand for permanent magnets with high temperature stability.Magnets are usually heated for a short time above the operating temperature to ensure its performance stability during the long-term application,however,this will inevitably lead to an initial remanence loss.The initial remanence loss after short-term high temperature heating was studied by experiments and computer simulation.The initial remanence loss was caused by the reverse domainand concentrated in the two polar layers of the magnet,which was due to the non-uniform demagnetizing field.Based on this demagnetization mechanism,it was proposed that the initial remanence loss of the magnet can be effectively reduced by simulating the magnetic circuit environment during the actual application of the magnet,so that the magnet can maintain a high initial magnetic property,and at the same time,it can ensure the stability of the performance during the long-term use.In the process af pre-stabilized,the magnetic circuit is simulated by contact with iron sheet,which can effectively reduce the initial remanence loss,maintain a high initial magnetic performance,and ensure the performance stability in the long-term application.
