摘  要:沉降共沉积技术是提高复合镀层颗粒含量的有效途径。为了进一步提升复合镀层中的颗粒含量,采用由该技术衍生出的悬浮法和埋砂法制备Ni-金刚石复合镀层。随后对复合镀层的耐磨性进行了试验评价。研究结果表明,温度对悬浮法制备的镀层颗粒含量影响显著,而镀液中的金刚石颗粒浓度对两种工艺结果的影响趋势基本相当。两种方法综合比较表明,当镀液温度为30℃,颗粒浓度为8 g/L时,采用悬浮法制备的复合镀层中的颗粒面积率相比于埋沙法提高了31%左右。摩擦试验结果表明,相比于纯Ni镀层,Ni-金刚石复合镀层的耐磨性显著改善,且随着镀层颗粒含量的增加,其耐磨性也逐渐提升。Sediment co-deposition is an effective method to prepare composite coatings with higher incorporation of the reinforcements.To enhance the particle content in the coatings,the suspension and inter-sand methods,which are derived from sediment co-deposition were used to prepare Ni-diamond composite coatings.The anti-wear properties of the coatings were evaluated experimentally.Experimental results showed that the temperature presents obviously effect on the particle content of the final coatings fabricated with suspension method.The particle concentration in the solution showed the same effect on the two methods.Compared with the inter-sand method,the particle content of the composite coating fabricated with suspension method increased 31%when the temperature and particle concentration of the solution were 30℃and 8 g/L.Friction tests show that the anti-wear property Ni-diamond coatings was effectively improve compared with the pure Ni coating.The higher particle contents,the stronger anti-wear performanced.
