益生菌联合双唑泰泡腾片治疗细菌性阴道炎的疗效分析

摘　　要：【目的】探讨益生菌联合双唑泰泡腾片治疗细菌性阴道炎(BV)的临床效果。【方法】选取2019年2月至2020年12月在榆林市中医医院收治的BV患者106例,按照随机数表法分为观察组和对照组,对照组采用双唑泰泡腾片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上加用益生菌治疗,比较两组临床疗效、症状缓解时间、阴道微生态变化、不良反应发生率及复发率。【结果】观察组患者治疗后总有效率为94.34%,显著高于对照组的81.13%(P<0.05);观察组患者阴道疼痛、瘙痒、白带异常以及黏膜充血等症状的缓解时间少于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组线索细胞>20%占比、胺试验呈阳性占比及阴道分泌物pH>4.5占比均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组复发率为3.77%,显著低于对照组的15.09%(P<0.05)。【结论】益生菌联合双唑泰泡腾片治疗BV效果确切,降低复发率,缓解临床症状,值得临床推广应用。【Objective】To explore the application effect of probiotics combined with Shuangzuotai effervescent tablets in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis(BV).【Methods】A total of 106 patients with BV in our hospital from February 2019 to December 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by random number table method.The control group was treated with Shuangzuotai effervescent tablets alone,while the observation group accepted Shuangzuotai effervescent tablets combined with probiotics.The clinical efficacy,symptom relief time,changes in the vaginal environment,adverse reactions and recurrence rates were compared between the two groups.【Results】After treatment,the total effective rate of the observation group reached 94.34%,which was significantly higher than 81.13%of the control group(P<0.05).Clinical symptoms'relief time such as vaginal pain,itching,abnormal leucorrhea,and mucosal congestion in the observation group were all shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the percentage of clue cells>20%,the percentage of positive amine test and the percentage of vaginal secretion(pH>4.5)in the observation group were lower than those in the single group(P<0.05);The recurrence rate of the observation group was 3.77%,which was lower than that of the control group 15.09%(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Application of probiotics combined with Shuangzuotai effervescent tablets is effective in the treatment of bacterial vaginitis.It also has a certain value in reducing the recurrence rate and alleviating clinical symptoms.
