高校学报专题策划出版的探索与实践——以《华南农业大学学报》为例

摘　　要：在当今我国建设世界一流科技期刊的大环境下,一些高校学报积极行动,抓住机遇、准确定位、努力提升办刊质量。《华南农业大学学报》(以下简称《学报》)以内容为王、立足学校的优势学科为抓手,以服务学校的学科建设和人才培养为目的,近年来在专题(栏)策划方面积极探索,成功地出版了多个专题,提升了《学报》的办刊质量。本文总结了《学报》近年来专题(栏)策划出版的成功案例。结果表明:专题出版集中展示了某一学科的科研成果,促进了学科建设和人才培养;高质量专题拓展了《学报》优质稿源,有助于解决期刊优质稿源缺乏的问题和困境,提升了办刊质量。专题的出版不仅提高了期刊学术影响力,也吸引了读者和作者的关注,提升了后续的来稿质量,是提高办刊质量的有效途径。Under the circumstances of building world-class scientific journals in China,some university journals took the opportunity to improve the quality.For the purpose of serving the discipline construction and talent training of university,Journal of South China Agricultural University(JSCAU)has actively explored the planning publication of special topics(columns)based on content-first and the advantageous disciplines of university in recent years,successfully published several special topics and improved the quality of JSCAU.This paper summarized the successful cases of planning publication of special topics(columns)of JSCAU in recent years.The results showed that thematic publication displayed the research achievements of discipline,promoted the discipline construction and talent training,and expanded the source of high-quality manuscripts.High quality topics helped solve the problems and difficulties of high-quality manuscripts in journals,and improved the quality of journals.The publication of special topics,which is an effective way to improve the quality of journals,not only improves the academic influence of journal,but also attracts the attentions of readers and authors,and thus promotes the quality of subsequent manuscripts.
