摘　　要：基于对我国当前人口老龄化现状的分析,结合人口老龄化对养老保险制度的影响,借鉴英、美、日三国养老保险制度改革的主要措施,提出优化三大支柱、延长退休年龄、多样化投资等对策,以实现提高我国养老保险水平、缓解老龄化冲击的目的。Based on the analysis of the current situation of population aging in China, combining with the impact of population aging on the endowment insurance system, this paper drew lessons and enlightenments from the main measures of endowment insurance system reform in Britain, the United States and Japan. In the end this paper put forward ways to optimize the three pillars, extend the retirement age and diversify investment, so as to improve the level of endowment insurance and alleviate the impact of aging.
