摘 要:BA系统已在建筑智能化中得到广泛应用,目前市场上国外产品的系统架构、端设备智慧程度、软件功能、交互能力等方面和中国发展需求存在一定的差异。在我国精细化管理和双控管理的要求中,有大量场景和数据需要与BA系统关联,而且智慧城市的基础信息来源于BA系统,则信息安全也更为凸显。本文提出在中国“十四五”规划下BA系统国产化的前景和关键技术的研究路径,以期提升BA系统的功能水平,更好地支撑中国的建筑业数字化转型和碳达峰目标。BA system has been widely used in building intelligence. At present,there are some differences between the system architecture,terminal equipment intelligence,software function,interaction ability and other aspects of foreign products on the market and the development needs of China. In China’s refined management and dual-control management requirements,a large number of scenes and data need to be associated with BA system,and the basic information of smart city comes from BA system,so the information security is more prominent. This paper puts forward the prospect of localization of BA system and the research path of key technologies under the 14 th Five-Year Plan of China,in order to improve the functional level of BA system and better support the digital transformation and carbon peak goal of China’s construction industry.
