摘　　要：哈尔滨市作为我国国家级历史文化名城,素有冰城夏都、东方巴黎的美誉,尤其是市内的各种文化建筑独具特色。只有重视对这些建筑文化遗产的保护,才能发挥出它们最大的旅游开发价值。文章就哈尔滨市内的建筑遗产保护和旅游开发利用现状进行研究,并对遗产保护和旅游开发利用提出若干科学性建议,期望能够为相关部门开展工作提供一些借鉴。As a national-level historical and cultural city in our country,Harbin is known as the summer capital of the ice city and the Paris of the East in China. In particular,the various cultural buildings in the city have unique characteristics. Therefore,only by attaching importance to the protection of these architectural cultural heritage can they be able to exert their greatest tourism development value. This article studies the current situation of architectural heritage protection and tourism development and utilization in Harbin and puts forward some scientific suggestions on heritage protection and tourism development and utilization,hoping to provide some reference for relevant departments to carry out their work.
