摘 要:近年来,楼宇数字化管理的发展和BIM技术的兴起,将计算机自动化技术融入工程建设行业中。但是将二者结合运用在建筑运营管理期间的研究却很少。文章以某高校土木工程学院教学楼为例,使用Revit2016软件、大象云平台及网页制作建立基于BIM技术的楼宇数字化管理平台。用户可通过该平台浏览三维模型,了解学院概况,认识建筑结构;教师和学生可以结合BIM模型教授、学习工程估价、房屋建筑学等课程;结合房间分布平面图,用户可查询教学楼空闲教室及监控。文章构建的楼宇数字化管理平台将BIM技术与计算机网页设计技术融合,实现了教学的可视化操作以及楼宇的智能管理。In recent years, the development of digital management of buildings and the rise of BIM technology have greatly integrated computer automation technology into the engineering construction industry. However, there are few studies on the application of the combination of the two in the construction operation and management. This paper takes the teaching building of the School of Civil Engineering of a university as an example, establishes a platform of building digital management based on BIM technology with the help of Revit2016 software and Da Xiang Yun platform and web page production. Through this platform, users can browse 3 D modeling, understand the general situation of the college and the architectural structure;Teachers and students can combine BIM model to teach and learn courses, such as project evaluation, building architecture and so on;Combined with the room distribution plan, users can also query the empty classrooms of the teaching building and monitor them. The platform of building digital management constructed in this paper achieves the visual operation of teaching and the intelligent management of buildings by integrating BIM technology with computer web design technology.
