摘  要:通过对国内外智慧建筑的行业进展进行分析,融入数字孪生的设计理念,将人、环境、建筑空间、设备设施在云端数字空间构建全生命周期的动态复制体,实现基于建筑空间的BIM三维数字底图、设施设备的立体感知物联网、历史实时预测的环境动态数据和以人为本的应用服务有机融合具备学习进化能力的数字智慧建筑系统平台。By analyzing the industry progress of smart architecture at home and abroad, the paper integrates the design concept of digital twin, and constructs dynamic replicas of the whole life cycle of people, environment, architectural space, equipment and facilities in the cloud digital space. The digital intelligent building system platform with learning and evolution ability can realize through the organic integration of BIM three-dimensional digital base map based on building space, the three-dimensional perception Internet of things of facilities and equipment, the historical and real-time prediction of environmental dynamic data and people-oriented application services.
