美军预备役部队建设现状与发展趋势研究

摘　　要：随着国际安全环境和战争形态的变化,美军预备役部队建设呈现出新的发展趋势。通过研究美军预备役部队的基本情况,从职能任务、领导指挥体制、参战方法手段和保障机制等四个方面分析,总结了美军预备役部队建设的主要做法及发展趋势,为我国民兵预备役建设提供借鉴。With the change of the international security environment and the form of warfare,the construction of U.S.reserve force presents a new development trend.The general situation of U.S.military reserve forces is researched and the main approaches of construction of U.S.military reserve forces are analyzed regarding the following four aspects:functions and tasks,leadership and command system,combat methods and support mechanism.In summary,the development trend of U.S.military reserve forces is predicted,which is referential to the construction of the militia reserve forces in China.
