以“核星工程”推进军校精英人才培养的探索与实践

摘　　要：精英教育理念和模式不仅适用于地方院校,也适用于军队院校的办学和人才培养,是军队院校学历教育创新发展的必然诉求。分析实施“核星工程”精英教育的必要性与可行性,结合海军核专业实际,研究“核星工程”的培养目标、实施路径与评价考核并开展改革实践,为海军核专业选拔、培育精英人才提供了有益探索,为建设世界一流海军,前瞻布局人才提供了创新思路。The concept and mode of"elite education"should be demonstrated in the running and talent cultivation in military schools,just as in other tertiary educational organizations,which is imperative for the innovative development of military academic education.The necessity and feasibility of implementing"nucleus star project"is analyzed by taking the practice of our college as an example.Taking the specific conditions of naval nuclear specialty into account,the training goal,implementation path,evaluation and assessment of"nucleus star project"are examined,which may serve as a reference for selecting candidates and cultivating specialized elites,and thus provides original ideas for building up first-class naval talents.
