连续快速热成核法制备金红石钛白晶种及反应器设计应用

摘  要:采用连续快速热成核方法制备钛液水解晶种,研究了晶种的水解活性、水解偏钛酸粒径分布、金红石转晶性能及产品二氧化钛的颜料性能。结果表明,与工业碱中和晶种相比,连续快速热成核法制备的晶种具备高的水解活性(在2%晶种添加量下水解率可达96%);其水解产品偏钛酸的粒径更小,且粒度分布更均匀;在不添加煅烧晶种的情况下,连续快速热成核晶种工艺金红石转晶性能更佳,煅烧晶种的添加对连续快速热成核晶种工艺产品二氧化钛的颜料性能优化显著。为了满足工厂应用需求,利用Aspen EDR设计了一款新型管壳式晶种制备装置,并对水解工序进行优化设计。A novel continuous rapid thermal nucleation method was proposed to prepare hydrolysis seed crystal.The hydrolysis activity, particle size distribution, rutile crystal transformation and pigment properties of the seed were systematically investigated.The results show that the continuous rapid thermal nucleation seed exhibit high hydrolysis activity(reaching 96% with 2% seed addition).The obtained metatitanic acid presents a smaller particle size and more uniform distribution.Moreover, the rutile transformation properties of metatitanic acid from continuous rapid thermal nucleation seed is better without calcined seed.The addition of calcined seed can significantly improve the pigment properties of titanium dioxide product.In order to meet the practical application in the factory, a new shell-tube seed preparation reactor was designed by using Aspen EDR,and the corresponding hydrolysis process was optimized and redesigned.
