摘 要:为了减缓含CO_(2)油气井固井水泥环的腐蚀破坏,延长井筒生产寿命,制备出一种聚合物微球型防腐蚀剂(PSAC),首先对其微观结构进行了表征,然后评价了其抗腐蚀性能,最后初步探讨了其抗腐蚀作用机理。结果表明,微球型防腐蚀剂(PSAC)具有纳米尺度且呈现核-壳结构;PSAC赋予油井水泥石非渗透特性,使得水泥石抗渗性和致密性提高,有效减缓了水泥石腐蚀速率。PSAC通过成膜效应和微球填充效应,提高水泥石基体密实性和抗渗性,减少易腐蚀组份Ca(OH)_(2)初始含量,从而达到提高水泥石抗CO_(2)腐蚀性能的目的。In order to slow down the corrosion damage of cement in oil and gas wells containing CO_(2) and prolong the production life of wellbore,a polymer microsphere corrosion inhibitor(PSAC)was prepared.The microstructure of PSAC was characterized firstly,and then its corrosion resistance was evaluated.Finally,the anti-corrosion mechanism of PSAC was discussed.The results show that PSAC has nano scale and core-shell structure,it endows oil well cement with impermeability,which will improve its impermeability and compactness,and effectively slows down the corrosion rate of cement stone.PSAC can improve the compactness and impermeability of cement stone by film-forming effect and microsphere filling effect from PSAC,and reduce the initial content of Ca(OH)_(2),so as to improve the CO_(2) corrosion resistance of cement stone.
