摘 要:为提高沥青及其混合料的综合使用性能,将丁苯橡胶粉末与废旧聚丙烯颗粒共炼制备SBR/PP热塑性弹体颗粒,研究不同橡塑比及掺量的SBR/PP热塑性弹体对改性沥青高低温流变性能的影响及其混合料的高温抗变形能力、低温抗开裂能力和水稳性能。结果表明,与SBR改性沥青相比,SBR/PP热塑性弹体能够显著提高改性沥青的高温抗车辙能力及高温稳定性;在橡塑比为5∶5时,PG分级的综合流变性能得到提高,不同掺量改性沥青混合料的低温性能得到改善,以及抗水损害能力显著提升。In order to improve the comprehensive performance of asphalt and its mixture, SBR/PP thermoplastic elastomer particles were prepared by mixing SBR powder with waste polypropylene particles, the influence of SBR/PP thermoplastic elastomer with different rubber plastic ratio and content on the rheological properties of modified asphalt at high and low temperatures, and the high temperature deformation resistance, low temperature cracking resistance, water stability of the mixture were studied.The results show that compared with SBR modified asphalt, SBR/PP thermoplastic elastomer can significantly improve the high-temperature rutting resistance and high-temperature stability of the modified asphalt, and when the rubber plastic ratio is 5∶5,and the low-temperature performance of modified asphalt mixture with different contents is improved, and the water damage resistance ability is significantly improved.
