摘 要:在以太西低灰无烟煤为原料制备活性炭的过程中加入Mn(NO_(3))_(2)进行改性,制备具有特定组成结构的活性炭。采用XRD、SEM、氮气吸附等方法研究Mn(NO_(3))_(2)的不同添加量对活性炭孔结构、形貌、比表面积,以及收率、吸附性能和电化学性能的影响。结果表明,含锰活性炭表面不仅有较多微孔而且还含有大量大孔结构,锰盐加入后活性炭的比表面积大幅度增加,同时吸附能力也得到了提高,且作为电极材料表现出较好的电容性能,在锰含量为10%时比电容达到最大值,为110.3 F/g。In the process of preparing activated carbon from Taixi low ash anthracite,Mn(NO_(3))_(2) was added to prepare activated carbon with specific composition.XRD,SEM and nitrogen adsorption were applied to study of Mn(NO_(3))_(2) different addition amount of activated carbon pore structure,morphology,specific surface area,crystal structure of the manganese oxide,and the yield of activated carbon,the effect of adsorption and electrochemical performance.The results show that the surface containing manganese activated carbon not only has more micro-holes but also contains a large number of large-hole structures,the ratio surface area of activated carbon after the addition of manganese salt has been greatly increased,while the adsorption capacity has also been improved,and as an electrode material to show better capacitance performance,in the manganese content of 10%,when the maximum ratio capacitor reached 110.3 F/g.
