摘 要:设计一种平衡输出皮秒级脉冲源电路,该电路由雪崩三极管电路和阶跃恢复二极管整形电路组成。雪崩三极管电路产生平衡输出的纳秒级脉冲信号,经阶跃恢复二极管整形电路整形产生平衡输出的皮秒级脉冲信号。文中分析脉冲源电路的工作原理,制作电路并进行测试。测量结果表明,设计的脉冲源电路可以产生平衡输出幅度±26 V、宽度253 ps、重复频率200 kHz的脉冲信号,与对称天线匹配良好,可提高探地雷达探测分辨率,适合用于超宽带探地雷达天线系统。A balanced output picosecond pulse generator circuit is designed,which is composed of an avalanche transistor circuit and a step recovery diode shaping circuit.The avalanche transistor circuit generates a balanced output nanosecond pulse signal,and is shaped by a step recovery diode shaping circuit to generate a balanced output picosecond pulse signal.This article analysed the working principle of the pulse generator circuit,made an experiment of the circuit.The experiment results show that the pulse generator circuit could produce pulse signal with balanced output amplitude of±26 V,pulse width of 253 ps,and repetition frequency of 200 kHz.It is well matched with the symetrical antenna,and could improve the detection resolution of ground penetrating radar(GPR),which is suitable for ultra-wideband ground penetrating radar(GPR)antenna system.
