摘 要:目的:探索化合物接触角、临界相对湿度(CRH)、表观溶出速度等两两之间关系及相互影响作用。方法:以系列有机化合物和无机化合物为模型药物,采用实验研究结合文献查阅获取药物的接触角和CRH,通过滴定法、紫外分光光度法获取化合物4个表观溶出速度参数包括T_(50),T_(d),V_(1)(mg·min^(-1))与V_(2)(mmol·min^(-1)),最后运用SPSS分析软件进行回归分析。结果:部分有机物CRH-接触角、CRH-4个表观溶出速度参数之间均呈(线性)负相关,其接触角-4个表观溶出速度参数之间均呈正相关;部分无机物CRH-接触角、CRH-V_(1)、CRH-V_(2)、接触角-V_(1)与接触角-V_(2)之间均呈(线性)正相关,其CRH-T_(50)、CRH-T_(d)、接触角-T_(50)与接触角-T_(d)之间则均呈线性负相关。结论:临界相对湿度越大的有机物,可润湿性越好,溶出越慢;临界相对湿度越大的无机物,可润湿性越差,溶出越快。拟合获得的回归方程可用于化合物接触角、CRH与表观溶出速度三者之间的相互估算。Objective:To explore the relationships between compounds contact angle-CRH,contact angle-apparent dissolution velocity and CRH-apparent dissolution velocity,respectively.Methods:Organic substances such as ascorbic acid sodium salt,inorganic substances such as sodium bicarbonate were selected as model drugs.The critical relative humidity and the contact angle of compounds were determined by experimental methods combined with literature review,the apparent dissolution velocities including T_(50),T_(d),V_(1)(mg·min^(-1)),and V_(2)(mmol·min^(-1))of compounds were measured severally by titration and ultraviolet and visible spectrophotometry approaches.The regression analysis was conducted by SPSS analysis software.Results:There is a negative correlation between the CRH-contact angles of some organic compounds,whereas a positive correlation between the CRH-contact angles of some inorganic compounds.There is a tendency of negative linear correlation between CRH and all four apparent dissolution rates of partial organic compounds.As well as there exists a negative correlation between inorganic compounds CRH-T_(50) and CRH-T_(d) compared with positive correlation between inorganic compounds CRH-V_(1) and CRH-V_(2).In addition,there is a positive correlation between the contact angle and all four apparent dissolution rates of some organic compounds,and a negative correlation between the contact angle-T_(50) and the contact angle-T_(d) separately of some inorganic compounds as opposed to a positive linear correlation between the contact angle-V_(1) and the contact angle-V_(2) of some inorganic compounds.Conclusion:The results suggest that there is a certain linear relationship between the contact angle-CRH,contact angle-apparent dissolution rate and CRH-apparent dissolution rate of organic compounds and inorganic compounds individually,which provides knowledge in the mutual predictions of the contact angles,CRH and apparent dissolution rate.
