摘　　要：目的 探讨《太平圣惠方》含丹参方的用药规律,为现代临床用药提供依据。方法 收集《太平圣惠方》收载的含丹参方剂,利用Excel2013、Clementine12.0、SPSSStatistics20软件,采用频数统计、关联规则统计、聚类分析的方法对有效方剂进行统计分析。结果 纳入《太平圣惠方》含丹参方方剂127首,涉及药物172味,总频次805次,高频药物43味,频次排名前7位的药物为丹参、牛膝、肉桂、防风、川芎、石斛、杜仲;功效类别主要集中在补虚药、清热药及解表药,药性以温、平为主,药味以苦、辛、甘为主,归经多归肝经、肾经、心经;剂型以汤剂居多;关联规则得出34种组合;其主治疾病以肝系病为主,关联规则得到20种组合,且聚类分析归为3类。结论 《太平圣惠方》含丹参方中,丹参多与补虚药配伍,常用于肝系疾病,可为临床用药提供参考。Objective To discuss the medication laws of prescriptions with Salviea Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma in Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang;To provide basis for modern clinical medication.Methods The prescriptions with Salviea Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma in Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang were collected.Excel 2013,Clementine 12.0,and SPSS Statistics 20 softwares,and the methods of frequency statistics,association rule statistics,and cluster analysis were used to analyze the effective prescriptions.Results Totally 127 effective prescriptions in Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang were included,involving 172 kinds of Chinese materia medica,with a total frequency of 805 and 43 kinds of Chinese materia medica with high frequency.The top seven kinds of Chinese materia medica were Salviea Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma,Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix,Cinnamomi Cortex,Saposheikovize Radix,Chuanxiaong Rhizoma,Dendrobii Caulis and Eucommiae Cortex.The efficacy categories was mainly concentrated in tonic,heat-clearing and symptom-reducing medicines.The medicinal properties were mainly warm and mild,and the medicinal tastes were mainly bitter,pungent,and sweet.The main meridians tropism were liver meridian,kidney meridian,and heart meridian,and the dosage form was decoction. The association rules yielded 34 combinations. The main diseases were hepatic diseases. The association rules yielded 20 combinations, and the cluster analysis was classified into 3 categories. Conclusion Salviea Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma in Tai Ping Sheng Hui Fang is more compatible with tonic drugs, and is often used in hepatic diseases, which can provide reference for clinical medication.
