摘　　要：文章分析了我国公共图书馆健康信息服务存在的问题及原因,提出公共图书馆优化健康信息服务“三去一降一补”策略,即去单一、去静态、去模糊、降费用、补短板,以提升公共图书馆健康信息服务效能,发挥其健康社会职能。This article analyzed the problems and causes of health information services in public libraries in China, and proposed that public libraries should optimize health information services through the strategy of “three removal, one reduction and one supplement”, which means to eliminate singleness, to avoid being static,to eliminate ambiguity, to reduce costs, and to make up for shortcomings, in order to improve the efficiency of health information services of public libraries and play the role in a healthy society.
