摘　　要：目的分析健康技能在农民健康知识及其行为间的中介作用,为农民群体的健康素养提升提供新思路。方法采用多阶段分层抽样,使用全国居民健康素养问卷,入户进行面对面的调查,用Process 3.3软件进行Bootstrap法检验分析健康技能在农民健康知识及其行为间的中介效应。结果农民群体健康知识、行为、技能三者每两者之间均呈显著正相关关系((r=0.717,0.777,0.791,P<0.001);健康技能在农民健康知识及其行为间的中介效应为0.1671(95%CI:0.1527~0.1814),健康知识对健康行为的总效应为0.6240,相对中介效应为26.78%。结论健康技能在农民的健康知识与健康行为之间起到了部分中介作用,应提升农民对健康技能的掌握度。Objective To analyze the mediating role of health skills between farmers’health knowledge and their behaviors,and to provide a new idea for improving farmers’health literacy.Methods A multi-stage stratified sampling was used to conduct a face-to-face survey in households using the National Health Literacy Questionnaire,and a Bootstrap method test was conducted using Process 3.3 software to analyze the mediating effect of health skills between farmers’health knowledge and their behaviors.Results There was a significant positive correlation among farmers’health knowledge,behaviors and skills(r=0.717,0.777,0.791,P<0.001).The mediating effect of health skills on Farmers’health knowledge and behaviors was 0.1671(95%CI:0.1527-0.1814),the total effect of health knowledge and behaviors was 0.6240,with a mediating effect proportion of 26.78%.Conclusion Health skills play a partially mediating role between farmers’health knowledge and health behaviors,and efforts should be made to improve the mastery of health skills among the farmer population.
