摘 要:目的评价知信行教育模式在职业性噪声聋诊断中的应用效果。方法选取2018年7月至2018年12月进行诊断的50例职业性噪声聋病例为对照组,常规收集资料;选取2019年1月至2019年6月进行诊断的50例职业性噪声聋病例为实验组,在常规资料收集的基础上进行健康教育干预。结果实验组诊断流程知晓率、资料识别率、法律知识知晓率分别为66.0%、70.0%、64.0%,高于对照组18.0%、12.0%、16.0%(P<0.01);实验组护理人员接听电话的次数为(1.7±0.6)次、时长为(11.4±1.2)min,处理资料的次数为(0.9±0.7)次、时长为(4.6±3.6)min,集齐劳动者和用人单位资料的时间为(9.7±7.0)d均优于对照组(3.3±0.8)次、(16.3±3.8)min,(5.9±0.5)次、(29.4±2.4)min,(29.2±2.7)d(P<0.01);实验组专家讨论一次性通过率为98%明显高于对照组的70%,文书邮寄费用(35.28±2.88)元低于对照组(11.04±8.69)元,诊断工作满度意率96.0%,高于对照组74.0%(P<0.01)。结论知信行教育干预可以提高职业性噪声聋的诊断效率。Objective To investigate the effects of KABP education modelon the diagnosis of occupational noise-induced deafness.Methods Fifty subjectsdiagnosed with occupational noise-induced deafness from July 2018to December 2018were recruitedascontrol group,androutinedata was collected.Fifty subjects diagnosed with occupational noise-induced deafnessfrom January 2019to June 2019were recruited as he experimental group,and routine data was collected and KABP educationwas conducted for them.Results Our results indicated that the diagnostic process awareness rate,data recognition rate and legal knowledge awareness rate in the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(66.0%vs 18.0%,70.0%vs 12.0%,64.0%vs 16.0%,P<0.01).The times of answering calls[(1.7±0.6)vs(3.3±0.8)times]and duration[(11.4±1.2)vs(16.3±3.8)min],the times of data processing[(0.9±0.7)vs(5.9±0.5)times]and the duration[(4.6±3.6)vs(29.4±2.4)min],and the time of collecting data of workers and employers[(9.7±7.0)vs(29.2±2.7)d]in the experimental group were better(P<0.01)than those in the control group.One-time pass ratein the experimental groupwas significantly higher than that in the control group(98%vs 70%,P<0.01),the costs of mailing documents was significantly lower than that in the control group[(35.28±2.88)vs(11.04±8.69),P<0.01],and the satisfaction of diagnosis work in experimental group,was increased than that in control group(96.0%vs 74.0%,P<0.01).Conclusions The intervention of KABP can improve the diagnostic efficiency ofoccupational noise-induced deafness.
