摘  要:重大疫情应对中公民法治教育有助于保障公民依法对自身与社会的安全进行防范,筑牢疫情防控法治屏障,为科学有序防控提供保证,它成为了增进共识、形成合力的必然选择,同时是全面依法治国的必然要求。公民法治教育需要从内容、方法、环境等层面入手,创新其途径,主要包括,重视公民权利与义务平衡,凸显危机时期的责任担当,立足法律精神结合社会公德元素,制作易于理解、便于传播的法治教育内容,充分发挥政府职能,以规范化和法制化执政方式为公民做良好示范,借助网络媒体等技术广泛宣传,营造法治教育的良好环境等。During the period in response to a major epidemic,strengthening citizens’law-related education is helpful to protect their own and social security according to law,build a legal barrier for prevention and control of epidemics,and provide a guarantee for scientific and orderly prevention and control.It has become an inevitable choice to enhance consensus and form a joint force,as well as a requirement for the comprehensive rule of law.Citizens’law-related education needs to start from the aspects of content,method and environment,and innovate its ways,mainly including paying attention to the balance of their rights and obligations,highlighting the responsibility in the crisis period on the basis of spirit of law and in combination with the elements of social morality,making the content of law-related education easy to understand and broadcast,giving full play to the functions of the government,and taking standardized and legalized governance as the main way to set an example for citizens,widely publicizing with the help of network media and other technologies to create a good environment for the law-related education.
