摘  要:在行业标准基础上,考察了氯化钠组分对絮凝剂表观黏度、热滚回收率、絮凝速度、絮凝现象的影响。以钻采现场取回的细目泥岩钻屑替代了行业标准中的高岭土为沉降介质,评价了絮凝剂的絮凝效果。实验结果表明:氯化钠的存在增大了絮凝剂X010和X812的表观黏度,降低了絮凝剂X414、X812、WJX的热滚回收率,提高BIOCAP的絮凝效果,降低了X010的絮凝效果。在行业标准基础上加入质量分数为10%的氯化钠并以钻屑为沉降介质,可以更准确地评价絮凝剂的絮凝效果。Based on industry standards,the effects of NaCl components on the apparent viscosity of flocculation,hot rolling recovery rate,flocculation speed,and flocculation phenomenon were analyzed,and the fine-grained mudstone cuttings retrieved from the drilling site replaced the industry standard kaolin as the settling medium.The flocculation effect of the flocculant was more accurately and intuitively evaluated.The results showed that the presence of NaCl increased the apparent viscosity of flocculants X010 and X812,reduced the thermal rolling recovery of flocculants X414 X812 WJX,improved the flocculation effect of BIOCAP,and reduced the flocculation effect of X010.On the basis of the industry standard,adding w(sodium chloride)=10%NaCl and using drill cuttings as the settling medium,the flocculation effect of the flocculantcan can be more accurately evaluated.
