摘 要:针对高注水压力油藏,注水压力已接近最高限压,常规调驱体系难以注入的问题,以蓬莱19-3油田为目标,提出了由AMPS耐温耐盐聚合物和复合交联剂HBJLJ-1组成的耐温耐盐冻胶配方,以此为本体,通过机械剪切研磨,制得水分散型低阻微凝胶调驱体系。室内性能评价结果表明:物模试验注入压力由0.01 MPa上升至0.054 MPa,压力上升幅度仅为油分散型调驱颗粒体系的50%,调驱后,高渗管分流量由措施前92.7%下降为38.8%,低渗管分流量由措施前的7.3%上升为61.2%,吸水剖面出现“反转”现象,调驱性能明显。该体系在蓬莱19-3油田E井进行了现场应用,含水率最高下降5.2%,累计增油13786 m^(3)。In order to solve the problem that the water injection pressure of high water injection pressure reservoir is close to the maximum pressure and it is difficult to inject conventional profile control and flooding agent,a temperature-resistant and salt-resistant gel composed of AMPS polymer and composite cross-linking agent HBJLJ-1-1 is developed through laboratory research.A water-dispersed low-resistance microgel profile control and flooding agent was prepared by mechanical shearing and grinding device using microgel as raw material.The performance evaluation experiment shows that the injection pressure increases from 0.01 MPa to 0.054 MPa and it’s only 50%of the pressure of injecting the oil dispersed profile control and flooding agent.After profile control and flooding,the diversion flow of high permeability core decreases from 92.7%to 38.8%,while the diversion flow of low permeability core increases from 7.3%to 61.2%.There is a“reversal”phenomenon of the injection water profile,and the profile control and flooding performance is obvious.This microgel profile control and flooding agent has been applied in well E in the Penglai 19-3 oilfield,and the maximum water cut decreases by 5.2%after the measure and the cumulative increased oil is 13786 m^(3).
