高蜡原油清防蜡剂的研制与应用

摘　　要：以科新公司防蜡剂产品KS-30-01(主要成分为聚丙烯酸高碳醇酯)为基础,通过对主溶剂和表面活性剂进行筛选研制了一种高蜡原油用管道用清防蜡剂。实验结果表明,降黏率、防蜡率均随防蜡剂用量的增多而增加,且溶蜡速率随清蜡剂用量的增多而增加。d号清防蜡剂对乍得原油防蜡率可达45.4%,溶蜡速率0.0441 g/min,降黏率78.8%,优于市售的同类产品。The existing wax inhibitor KS-30-01 of Sino Oil King Shine Chemical Co.is mainly composed of polyacrylate higher alcohol ester with single function.Based on this product,through the screening of main solvent,cosolvent,and surfactant,a high-wax crude oil pipeline dewaxing and anti-waxing agent is developed.In the process of compounding paraffin remover and paraffin inhibitor,it was found that the viscosity reduction rate and paraffin inhibitor rate increased with the increase of paraffin inhibitor dosage,while the wax dissolving rate increased with the increase of paraffin remover dosage.The test results show that the self-made No.d wax remover has a wax-proof rate of 45.4%,a wax-dissolving rate of 0.0441 g/min,and a viscosity reduction rate of 78.8%for Chad crude oil,which is better than similar products on the market.
