摘 要:通过红外光谱研究了沉淀产生机理,探究了三嗪除硫剂应用过程中沉淀产生过程。以多元醇胺、多聚甲醛为主反应剂,以氯化胆碱、乙醇、多元有机胺等为添加剂制备了“键桥”型除硫剂CQW-2。实验考察除硫剂CQW-2的极限吸收沉淀趋向,反应温度、反应物浓度、反应时间等因素对除硫效率的影响。结果表明:除硫剂CQW-2在极限吸收条件下无明显沉淀;在反应温度50~90℃、反应物有效浓度55%、反应时间大于10 min条件下,除硫效率高于98%。“键桥”型除硫剂在海上油田A区块完成应用,效果良好。The precipitation process during the application of triazine sulfur remover is revealed,and the mechanism of precipitation is studied by infrared spectroscopy.In order to solve the precipitation problem of triazine sulfur remover,a“bond bridge”sulfur remover CQW-2 was formed with polyalcohol amine and paraformaldehyde as main reactants,choline chloride,ethanol and polybasic organic amine as additives.The limit absorption precipitation tendency of CQW-2 and the effects of reaction temperature,reactant concentration and reaction time on sulfur removal efficiency were investigated in laboratory.The results show that CQW-2 has no obvious precipitation under the limit absorption condition,and the desulfurization efficiency is higher than 98%under the conditions of reaction temperature 50-90℃,effective concentration of reactant 55%,and reaction time longer than 10 min.The“bond bridge”sulfur remover has been applied in Block A of offshore oilfield,with good effect and good popularization prospect.
