摘　　要：建立一种测定创可贴中苯扎氯铵含量的新方法。采用共振光散射光谱技术研究了苯扎氯铵与铝试剂的相互作用。实验结果表明:在pH=2.8的Clark-Lubs缓冲介质中,苯扎氯铵解离出来的苯扎铵根阳离子,能够静电结合铝试剂中的阴离子,从而引起体系的共振光散射强度的显著增强。在332 nm处,体系的共振光散射强度差值ΔI_(RLS)与0.05~1.60 mg/L范围内的苯扎氯铵呈良好的线性关系,检出限(3 s/k)为0.018 mg/L。This research is to establish a new method for determination of benzalkonium chloride in band aids.Resonance light scattering spectroscopy was adopted to study the interaction between benzalkonium chloride and aluminon.The experimental results showed that the benzalkonium cations dissociated from benzalkonium chloride in the Clark-Lubs buffer medium(pH 2.8)can bind to the aluminon anion through electrostatic interaction,thereby causing a significant increase in the resonance light scattering intensity of the system.The resonance light intensity enhancement valueΔI_(RLS)has a good linear relationship with the concentration of benzalkonium chloride in the range of 0.05-1.60 mg/L at 332 nm,the detection limit(3 s/k)is 0.018 mg/L.The current method was successfully applied to the detection of benzalkonium chloride content in Bondi samples.This method is efficient,convenient and easy to operate,and the analysis results meet the requirements of drug analysis.
