摘　　要：经内镜鼻胆管引流术(ENBD)是经内镜逆行胰胆管造影术(ERCP)诊疗中常用的技术,具有安全、有效、便利等优势。ENBD的主要作用是胆汁的外引流,但在其他方面的作用(如灌注治疗、预防感染及复查残余结石等)也不容小觑。本研究通过回顾ENBD在ERCP中应用的相关研究,主要介绍ENBD的应用范围及不足之处。Endoscopic nasobiliary drainage(ENBD), as a commonly used technique in the diagnosis and treatment of endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography(ERCP), has the advantages of being safe, effective and convenient. Currently, the main function for ENBD is external drainage of bile. Moreover, ENBD could be used in the therapy of perfusion, prevention of infection and the checking of residual stones. This study focused on the application of ENBD in ERCP, and mainly introduced the application field of ENBD and its possible deficiency.
