摘  要:真空挤出成型工艺可以制备出物理力学性能优于常规湿法生产的中密度硅藻土纤维水泥板,该工艺制备的板材具有孔隙率低、抗折强度高和耐久性好的特点,便于切割、运输和施工。本文分别研究了添加不同种类增强纤维和不同硅藻土掺量对真空挤出成型制备的纤维水泥板物理力学性能的影响,并比较了不同生产工艺对制备的中密度硅藻土纤维水泥板物理力学性能的影响。Vacuum extrusion forming process can produce medium density diatomite fiber cement board with better physical and mechanical properties than conventional wet production.The board prepared by this process has the characteristics of low porosity,high flexural strength and good durability,which is easy to cut,transport and construction.In this paper,the effects of adding different kinds of reinforced fibers and different amount of diatomite on the physical and mechanical properties of fiber cement board prepared by vacuum extrusion were studied,and the effects of different production processes on the physical and mechanical properties of medium density diatomite fiber cement board were compared.
