摘  要:本文以LC60轻骨料混凝土为目标,对轻质高强混凝土进行配合比设计,根据绝对体积法,采用多级配粗、细集料最紧密堆积,提高轻骨料混凝土中水泥石与轻集料的粘接强度;利用硅粉内掺替代部分水泥以及玻璃微珠替代部分轻集料,有效地改善混凝土的孔隙结构,降低高强度混凝土的粘性,增加混凝土流动性,有利于混凝土强度、耐久性与施工性。同时利用外加剂与掺合料“双掺”技术,尽可能降低水胶比,提高混凝土强度,最后通过比较出机后混凝土状态和28d强度值,选择最佳配合比。设计出了实际干表观密度为1635kg/m^(3),28d强度为64.8MPa,且具有较好工作性能的轻质高强混凝土,实现了设计目标。In this paper,LC60 lightweight aggregate concrete is taken as the target,and the mix ratio design of lightweight high-strength concrete is carried out.According to the absolute volume method,multi-stage coarse and fine aggregate are used to pack the most tightly,so as to improve the bonding strength of cement stone and light aggregate in lightweight aggregate concrete.The use of silicon powder to replace part of cement and glass beads to replace part of the light aggregate,effectively improve the pore structure of concrete,reduce the viscosity of high strength concrete,increase the fluidity of concrete,is conducive to the strength,durability and construction of concrete.At the same time,the "double mixing" method of admixture and addition agent is used to reduce the water-binder ratio as far as possible and upgrade the strength of concrete.Finally,the optimum mixture ratio is selected by comparing the condition of concrete when it is out of the mixing machine and the strength value of 28 days.The actual dry apparent density is 1635kg/m;,the 28d strength is 64.8MPa,and the lightweight high strength concrete has good working performance,which achieves the design goal.
