摘 要:桩基是建筑的重要构件,其承担上部结构自重和地下水浮力,桩基承载力由桩侧摩擦阻力和桩端阻力构成。该文结合工程实例研究了桩周土层受到扰动后,桩承载力有所降低情况下的加固方法。通过对比地基土参与承载的桩土共同作用,对桩侧土体进行注浆或高压旋喷加固,考虑立柱桩的承载并与桩基加固相结合,增加建筑物自重以抵消部分水浮力等几种加固处理方案,说明了以上几种加固处理方法均可作为桩基加固和补强的措施,并得出了各自的适用范围。该文提供的几种加固处理方案,可供类似桩基加固处理工程根据桩基承载力需提高的程度参考采用。The pile foundation is an important component of a building,because it bears the overground dead-weight of the building and the underground water floating force.The bearing capacity of a pile foundation is composed of pile-side friction resistance and pile-end resistance.Combined with engineering cases,this paper studied the reinforcement method for the pile foundation when its bearing capacity decreases after the soil layer around the pile is disturbed.By comparing the several reinforcement solutions,that is,the engagement of foundation soils in force bearing for pile-soil joint actions,the grouting of the pile-side soil body or the reinforcement through high-pressure rotary spraying,the bearing of the column pile and the combination of it with the pile foundation for reinforcement,the increase of the building weight to offset some of the water buoyancy,and so forth,it is known that these reinforcement methods can all be used as measures for pile foundation reinforcement,and the application range of each method was yielded.The few reinforcement schemes provided in this paper can be employed as reference for similar pile foundation reinforcement projects according to the degree to which the bearing capacity of the pile foundation needs to be improved.
