摘 要:为了解百色干热河谷气候油橄榄扦插的基质选择,做好下一步扦插激素配置、繁育技术研究前沿探索。通过设置黄泥土基质、椰糠黄泥土混合基质、椰糠沙土混合基质、椰糠基质,比较分析不同基质的愈合生根数量和愈合生根时间指标。结果表明:椰糠沙土混合基质愈合生根率为87.80%,24天出现愈伤组织,70天生根,为最适合油橄榄扦插基质。本研究可为提高油橄榄扦插繁育效益,助力木本油料发展,实现生态文明效益做出贡献。In order to select the optimum substrate for Olea europaea cuttings in the dry-hot valley region in Baise,we should do research on hormone proportion and propagation technology of cuttings.Prepared yellow soil substrate,mixed substrate of coconut bran and yellow soil,mixed substrate of coconut bran and sandy soil,and coconut bran substrate,and compared the rooting number and rooting time of the cuttings on those media.The results showed that the mixed substrate of coconut bran and sandy soil was most suitable for Olea europaea cuttings,on which,callus appeared in 24 days,rooted in 70 days,and the rooting rate was 87.80%.The results of this study can contribute to improving the efficiency of Olea europaea cuttage breeding,assisting the development of woody oil,and realizing the benefits of ecological civilization.
