摘  要:目的:研究点扩散函数(PSF)技术联合小体素重建对PET图像质量的影响,为临床提供参考。方法:遵循美国电气制造商协会(NEMA)NU 2⁃2018标准,使用符合国际电工委员会(IEC)的PET体模模拟临床扫描。原始数据分别在使用PSF技术和非PSF技术(noPSF)的条件下,选用常规体素(4 mm)和小体素(2 mm)进行重建,通过对比分析不同重建条件下图像的对比度(Q)、背景变化率(N)、信噪比(SNR)和清晰度(VS)进行图像质量评估。结果:联合使用PSF技术和小体素重建组的平均图像对比度、信噪比以及清晰度分别增长了12.53%、19.96%和19.97%,背景变化率降低了6.27%,差异具有统计学意义(t=7.684、8.170、3.882、-4.376,均P<0.05)。结论:PSF技术和小体素重建联合使用可显著提高图像的对比度、信噪比和清晰度,有助于较小病灶尤其是亚厘米级、具有复杂精细结构的病灶检出。Purpose:To evaluate the impacts of point spread function(PSF)and small-voxel reconstruction on image quality of PET/CT,to provide reference for clinical imaging.Methods:According to the NU 2-2018 protocol of National Electrical Manufacturers Association(NEMA),an International Electrotechnical Commission(IEC)standard body phantom was adopted for simulating clinical acquisition.Under the condition with and without PSF technique,all images were reconstructed with 2 mm and 4 mm voxel size.The contrast,background variability,signal-to-noise ratios and visibility values were evaluated.Results:PSF technique combined with small-voxel reconstruction produced higher contrast,signal-to-noise ratios,and visibility values;the average increases were 12.53%,19.96%,and 19.97%,respectively,with significant differences(t=7.684,8.170,3.882;P<0.05).In contrast,the background variability was 6.27%lower,with a significant difference(t=-4.376,P<0.05).Conclusion:Combination of PSF technique and small-Voxel can significantly promote image contrast,background variability,signal-to-noise ratios and visibility values,which can potentially improve the detection of small lesions especially for the sub-centimeter or complicated nodules.
