摘　　要：通过对30CrMnSiA材料的焊接性进行分析,对消除焊接残余应力的退火间隔时间、退火参数、真空淬火中制件的摆放和油冷方式等作出了规定,并对焊缝的处理提出要求,从而保证了30CrMnSiA焊接件的热表面处理质量。Through analyzing the weldability of 30 CrMnSiA materials, the annealing interval time, the annealing parameters, the arrangement of parts in vacuum quenching and the oil cooling method to eliminate the welding residual stress are stipulated. The requirements for the welding treatment are put forward, the quality of heat-treatment and surface-treatment for the 30 CrMnSiA weldment is guaranteed.
