摘 要:针对联合井式机组淬火油槽处理的某薄壁筒形件存在底部位置较难淬透的问题,利用流固耦合数值模拟方法,对联合井式机组中淬火油槽的流场进行了仿真模拟。通过分析淬火油槽的循环搅拌系统介质的流场分布,找出了原始结构存在问题的原因,给出了联合井式机组淬火油槽循环系统结构的优化改进方法,并取得了良好的效果。Aiming at the problems of difficulty quenching in the bottom position of a thin-walled cylindrical part processed by the quenching oil tank of combined well-type unit, the numerical simulation of fluid-structure interaction method was used to simulate and optimize the flow field of the quenching tank of combined well-type unit. By analyzing the distribution of the medium flow field of the circulating stirring system for the quenching oil tank, the problems of the original structure were determined, and an improvement plan for the structure of the quenching oil tank circulation system of combined well-type unit was proposed.
