摘  要:为揭示温度对大叶藻(Zostera marina)生长、叶绿素荧光参数及其光合色素含量的影响规律,设置了10℃、15℃、20℃、25℃、30℃等5个处理组,分析大叶藻在不同温度条件下的生长指标(鲜重、叶片数、叶长、根数和根长)、叶绿素荧光参数(最大光化学效率F_(v)/F_(m)、实际光合效率Y(ll)、光化学荧光淬灭系数q_(P)、非光化学淬灭系数NPQ)及光合色素(叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素总量及类胡萝卜素)含量的变化.结果显示:(1)大叶藻的各生长指标在10-15℃时均呈升高趋势组,在20℃时,鲜重显著增加,根数显著降低,叶片数、叶长和根长升高不明显,25-30℃各生长指标均显著(P<0.05)降低;(2)F_(v)/F_(m)在10℃时显著下降,在20℃时显著上升,在15℃、25℃和30℃时均无明显变化,Y(ll)除在20℃时显著上升外,在其余温度时均显著降低,qP在10℃时无明显变化,在15-30℃时均显著降低,NPQ在10-20℃时显著升高,在25℃时无明显变化,在30℃时显著降低;(3)光合色素含量在10℃和30℃时均显著降低,在15℃时无显著变化,在20℃时,除类胡萝卜素显著升高外,其余指标略有升高,在25℃时,除叶绿素a含量下降不明显外,其余色素含量均显著降低.由此可见,大叶藻在10-15℃时生长较快,而叶绿素荧光参数及光合色素含量表现为不同程度的降低,但其可以通过光保护机制减少低温带来的损害,在20℃时生长缓慢,叶绿素荧光参数及光合色素含量最高,在25-30℃时,生长指标、叶绿素荧光参数及光合色素含量显著降低,大叶藻受到不可逆的损害.可见,温度变化对大叶藻的生长和光合生理具有重大的影响;结果可为受损海草生态系统的恢复提供科学依据,对于保护我国海草生态系统具有重要意义.The increase in global ocean temperature over the last few decades has had a massive impact on the survival and distribution of seagrasses in coastal zones.Zostera marina,a representative species of seagrass ecosystems in China,is subject to intensive global warming.However,the effects of water temperature on the growth and photosynthetic physiology of Z.marina remain unclear.This study assessed the adaptability of Z.marina to different temperatures by examining:(a)the growth indices(fresh weight,leaf number,leaf length,root number,and root length),(b)chlorophyll fluorescence parameters(maximum photochemical efficiency,F_(v)/F_(m);actual photosynthetic efficiency,Y(II);photochemical fluorescence quenching,q_(P);non-photochemical quenching coefficent,NPQ),and(c)photosynthetic pigment content(chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a+b,and carotenoids)under five different temperatures(10,15,20,25,and 30℃).(a)In the 10 and 15℃groups,the growth indices of Z.marina showed an increasing trend.At 20℃,the fresh weight increased significantly,and the root number decreased significantly(P<0.05).All the growth indices decreased at 25℃and 30℃(P<0.05);(b)The chlorophyll fluorescence parameter F_(v)/F_(m) decreased significantly in the 10℃group and increased significantly in the 20℃group(P<0.05).There was no significant change in chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in the 15℃,25℃or 30℃groups.Except for the significant increase in the 20℃group,Y(II)decreased significantly in all groups.qP did not change in the 10℃group,but decreased in the 15,20,25,and 30℃groups.NPQ increased significantly in the 10-20℃group,showed no significant change in the 25℃group,and decreased in the 30℃group(P<0.05).(c)The photosynthetic pigment content that was significantly reduced in the 10℃and 30℃groups(P<0.05)but did not change in the 15℃group.Except for carotenoids,none of the photosynthetic pigment content indices increased significantly in the 20℃group.The 25℃group showed a decrease in all pigments,except
