摘　　要：学术滋补于科学理论而言十分重要,习近平法治思想的研究本身就是丰富发展习近平法治思想的一种重要途径。当前,习近平法治思想研究范围比较全面、研究学科相对集中、梳理阐释成果显著,整体研究趋势向好。关于习近平法治思想的主题主线、科学内涵、理论体系、主要特征、原创贡献等核心问题,学术界已有不少研究,存在共识也有差异。本文就必须突破的关键点和存在的分歧点尝试提出观点和思路,以提交研究者们共同探讨。展望未来,学理化阐释、学术化表达、体系化构建仍是研究之基本要求,应当始终严格忠实原著原文原意,从整体研究深入到领域研究,从宣介式研究深入到学理性研究,从阐释性研究深入到发展性研究,不断推出高质量研究成果,推动中国特色社会主义法治理论创新发展。Academic nourishment is very important for scientific theory, and the study of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law itself is an important way to enrich and develop Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law. At present, the research scope of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law is relatively comprehensive, the research subjects are relatively concentrated, and the achievements in sorting and interpreting are remarkable. The overall research trend is good. There have been many studies on the core issues of Xi Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law, such as the main theme, scientific connotation, theoretical system, main features and original contributions. There are some consensus and some differences. The key points and the existing bifurcation points be broken through Should. Looking into the future, the basic requirements of research are still physicochemical interpretation, academic expression and systematic construction. We should always be faithful to the original meaning of the original text, and deepen our research from overall to interdisciplinary, from propagandistic to academic, and from interpretative to developmental, so as to continuously produce high-quality research results and promote the innovative development of the socialist rule of law theory with Chinese characteristics.
