摘 要:植物精油是植物体内的次生代谢产物,一般是采用一系列物理方法从植物的花、草、叶、茎或果实中提取出来并具有一定香气和挥发性的油状物质。在人类与病毒抗争的漫长历史中,植物精油一直扮演着不可或缺的角色。笔者对部分植物精油的化学成分及抗病毒作用进行综述,并对其抗病毒的可能作用机制进行探讨,旨在为深入开展植物精油抗病毒作用研究提供参考。Plant essential oils is a secondary metabolite in plants,and they are usually extracted from flowers,grasses,leaves,stems or fruits of plants by a series of physical methods and have a certain aroma and volatile oil.In the long history of human beings fighting against viruses,plant essential oils have always played an indispensable role.Studies have shown that some plant essential oils can inhibit some viruses.In this thesis,the chemical constituents and antiviral effects of some plant essential oils were reviewed,and the possible mechanism of antiviral action of plant essential oils was discussed,aiming to provide reference for further research on antiviral effects of plant essential oils.
