摘  要:水环境安全是区域可持续发展的重要因素,为了对城市的水环境安全进行有效评估,立足于汉江干流城市的水环境安全现状,建立了社会经济-水环境-生态环境的三维度指标体系,引入博弈论的思想,采取综合赋权法确定指标权重,最后通过正态云模型对城市的水环境安全进行分级评估。结果表明:除武汉外,大部分城市的水环境安全状况较差,评价结果都处于III级及以下。通过分级结果和城市在各准则层的表现,提出了各城市的分级原因,并对不同原因给出了针对性的建议。Water environment security is an important factor for regional sustainable development.In order to evaluate the urban water environment security effectively,a three-dimensional index system of"social economy-water environment-ecological environment"is established based on the current situation of water environment security in cities along the main stream of Hanjiang River.Under the idea of game theory,the index weight is determined by comprehensive weighting method.Finally,the normal cloud model is used to evaluate the urban water environment security.The results show that except Wuhan,the water environment security of most cities is poor,and their evaluation results are at level III and below.Through the classification results and the performance of cities in each criterion layer,this paper analyzes the reasons of cities′classification results,and gives targeted suggestions for different reasons.
