摘  要:为深入探究高铁信号人员的安全素质现状,使用加权因素分析模型(WeFA)构建了安全素质分析模型。高铁信号人员的安全素质可以从行为&传统、信仰&信念、标识&符号、学习文化、支持&关注5个方面进行调研,以此为指导编制了调查问卷。结合实际工程情况获得了影响因素和主观权值,随后采用熵权法获得该问卷结果的客观权值,利用基于博弈论的综合赋权法将两种权值融合并构建云模型,最终将评估云与标准云进行比较。结果表明:该群体安全素质整体情况较好,但存在对安全素质概念理解不清、个体间离散程度过高等问题。构建的模型可以有效分析安全素质现状,云模型方便安全素质分析,突出了对比结果。To explore the status quo of the safety quality of high-speed rail signal personnel,the paper constructs a safety quality analysis model by using the weighted factor analysis model(WeFA).The safety quality of this group can be investigated from the five aspects of behavior&tradition,belief&belief,logo&symbol,learning culture,support&attention,and with this as a guide,a questionnaire was compiled.The influencing factors and subjective weights are obtained based on the actual engineering situation.Afterwards,the entropy method is used to obtain the objective weights of the questionnaire results,and the comprehensive weighting method based on game theory is used to fuse the two weights and build a cloud model.Finally,the evaluation cloud is compared with the standard cloud.The results show that the overall safety quality of this group is relatively good,but there are problems such as unclear understanding of the concept of safety quality and high degree of dispersion among individuals.The model constructed in this paper can effectively analyze the status quo of safety quality,and the cloud model facilitates the analysis of safety quality and highlights the comparison results.
