摘 要:黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展是重大国家战略,黄河中游淤地坝建设是黄河流域生态保护和高质量发展的一项重要治理工程。淤地坝坝系工程除险加固受资金配置、施工力量等因素影响,不可能同时开工。如何根据大中型淤地坝在坝系中的位置,科学合理安排施工时序,是淤地坝除险加固需要考虑的一个重要问题。以临县万安沟小流域坝系工程为例,通过分析坝系中各坝之间的相互影响,建立了坝系相互影响关系图,并考虑下游影响范围内居民以及淤地坝淤积情况,较好地解决了施工时序安排问题。Ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin is a major national strategy.The construction of warping dam in the middle reaches of the Yellow River is an important control project for ecological protection and high-quality development of the Yellow River basin.Due to the influence of capital allocation,construction force and other factors,it is impossible to start construction at the same time.According to the position of large and medium-sized warping dams in the dam system,how to arrange the construction sequence scientifically and reasonably is an important issue to be considered in the danger removal and reinforcement of warping dams.Taking the dam system project in wan’angou small watershed of Linxian County as an example,through analyzing the interaction between dams in the dam system and considering residents and the sedimentation of warping dams in the downstream affected area,the paper established a dam system interaction diagram and well solved the issue of construction scheduling.
